Women in Estate Agency was formed with one core mission in mind: to strive for true equality at all levels within the estate agency sector. Our Facebook group serves as a platform for our members to give and receive support, and our highly anticipated conference is attended by hundreds of women and men who form a collective voice for equality and diversity in the property industry.
Join us at our annual conference on Thursday 6th March 2025, at Pullman London St Pancras. While we call it a “conference”, this event is so much more than that. It’s a vibrant community, a catalyst for change and a celebration of the unique power women bring to the industry.

This year we will tear up the rule book. We will share real stories, personal highs and lows, and tools and advice around harnessing your individual strength, leading with authenticity and ultimately how being YOU can help you succeed beyond your expectations.

Relive the Women in Estate Conference 2024!
On Thursday 7th March 2024, we hosted our highly anticipated second annual conference, attracting nearly 450 attendees, marking a significant rise from the 250 attendees last year!
Our members were moved by the stories and experiences shared by our speakers, including Heather Staff of Street Group and Rachel Hanniquet-Brooking of Apo Group Ltd. From personal anecdotes to professional expertise, the talks resonated on a deep and emotional level.
We are delighted that WiEA’s first event, which took place on 2nd March 2023 at the Cavendish Conference Centre in London, was a complete sell-out and a huge success.
Our next conference will be held on the 7th of March 2024 at The IET, Savoy Place, London, and is expected to sell out fast.
We have a limited number of early bird tickets available, and for the first time, the conference is followed by an aftershow party!
