There’s a moment that happens at WiEA every year.
It’s not during any particular talk. It’s not when someone famous walks on stage. It’s quieter than that. It’s the moment you catch the eye of the person beside you and neither of you needs to say anything, because you’re both thinking the same thing.
Yep. Me too.
It might be something someone said that you’ve been thinking for years but never heard out loud. It might be a story that sounds so much like your own you almost forget it isn’t. It might just be the feeling of being in a room full of people who genuinely want to see each other do well.
Whatever it is, it stays with you.
What people said after WiEA 2026
After last year, the WiEA team kept hearing the same things from the community.
Not just “that was brilliant” or “I’ll definitely be back.” Something more specific than that.
“Oh my god, what a vibe.”
“I have to bring my sister.”
“My daughter needs to see this.”
“I’m bringing my colleague, my brother, my whole team.”
People didn’t just want to come back. They wanted to bring someone with them. Someone who hadn’t been yet but needed to. Someone they’d been telling about WiEA for months. Someone they knew would feel that moment too.
And that’s exactly where the 2027 theme came from.
We Bring the Vibe. You Bring the Tribe.
WiEA 2027 is back at the Shaw Theatre at Pullman London St Pancras on Thursday 4th March.
And this year, we’re asking one question of everyone who’s ever been part of this community.
Who are you bringing?
Maybe it’s the colleague you keep thinking would love this. Maybe it’s someone earlier in their career who needs a day like this more than they realise. Maybe it’s your daughter, your son, your sister, your team, or the person you’ve spent the last year telling “honestly, you HAVE to come next time.”
There’s no right answer. That’s kind of the point.
Bring one person. Bring a few. Bring the whole crew. However your tribe looks, the door is open.
And if you don’t have a tribe to bring yet? Come anyway. You won’t leave without one.
What to expect
We’re not giving too much away. That’s very much on purpose.
What we can tell you is that WiEA 2027 will have honest stories, real conversations, brilliant voices from inside and outside estate agency, and some moments you genuinely won’t see coming.
There’ll be laughs. There’ll be the kind of talk that makes the room go quiet. There’ll be the thing someone says on stage that you’re still thinking about on the train home.
And because this is WiEA, we’re not waiting until the aftershow to get the party started. Expect music, entertainment and that unmistakable energy running right through the day.
Same venue. Very different event.
The early bird. Here’s what you need to know.
The first 100 tickets for WiEA 2027 are being released as 50 Early Bird pairs at £249 per ticket including VAT.
They’re sold in pairs on purpose. Because this year, we want the first people through the door to already know who they’re bringing with them.
Once the 50 pairs are gone, standard individual tickets will be available at £269 including VAT. But if you already know your person, now is the moment.
Get the date in both diaries. Make it official. Send the message you’ve been meaning to send.
Thursday 4th March 2027. Shaw Theatre, Pullman London St Pancras. 9am until late.

One last thing
The best thing about WiEA isn’t what happens on stage.
It’s what happens in the room. The conversation that turns into a proper connection. The introduction you didn’t plan. The person you met in the morning who, by the end of the day, you’re really glad you know.
That happens because of who’s in the room.
So think about who you’d want sitting beside you. Think about who came to mind when you read this. Think about who deserves a seat in that room.
Then go and get them one.
