Emma Redley

West Midlands Regional Champion

With an eight-year foundation in marketing, Emma transitioned into the property industry, beginning her journey as a negotiator and progressing through multiple roles in agency to senior management level. She later moved into the supplier sector and now serves as Senior Key Account Manager at Smart Compliance, where she is passionate about supporting agents and helping them thrive.

In 2023, she became a Champion for Women in Estate Agency — a cause close to her heart. Deeply committed to supporting, championing, and amplifying the voices of women in the industry, she is proud to now serve as Chair of the Champions, working alongside an inspiring network of incredible women and driving meaningful change across the sector.

Sarah Conway

North East Regional Champion

Sarah started in estate agency in 2009, working with independent agents before she gained experience in online and network models. She then went on to head an expansion of a Mortgage Advice Bureau firm and consult and restructure another broker firm. In 2021 she founded her own Estate Agency, Conway Christie and Mortgage Brokers, Boodle.

She is passionate about supporting others, especially at start up and ‘growth pains’ stages. She feels WiEA is so important as it supports women inclusively, at all different stages of their career and within their personal lives. There is so much knowledge and experience in the group that is invaluable. She truly believes WiEA is paving the way for a more collaborative industry, braking barriers, challenging outdated behaviour and inequality.

Tasha Price

North West Regional Champion

Tasha Price is the founder of Dottie Lettings and Dottie Consulting, with nearly 15 years’ experience across all areas of residential lettings and property management. Known for her hands-on approach and straight-talking style, she specialises in supporting landlords, agents and investors with practical, compliant, and people-focused solutions. Tasha is passionate about raising standards in the industry and championing women as the North West Regional Champion for Women in Estate Agency. Through her businesses, speaking, and mentoring, she brings a modern, personable approach to lettings…always with her miniature dachshund, Dottie, close by.

Hannah McCartan

South Wales Regional Champion

Hannah McCartan has spent over 24 years working in lettings and proudly ran her own award-winning agency, McCartan Lettings, for 18 years. Based in Swansea, she is passionate about raising standards and supporting people in the industry she loves. Having experienced the realities of running an independent agency first-hand, Hannah now helps landlords and letting agents feel more confident, compliant, and in control. As Regional Champion for South Wales, she is passionate about connecting, supporting, and championing women across the property industry, hosting monthly regional networking events in Swansea.

Ev Foster

Scotland Regional Champion

Ev Foster is the Operations Principal for Keller Williams Scotland, where she plays a pivotal role in building strong foundations, scalable systems, and a culture of excellence across the region.

With a passion for people, process, and performance, Ev brings clarity and structure to fast growing environments. She is known for her ability to simplify complexity, implement effective operational frameworks, and support leaders and associates to operate at their highest level.

Ev is deeply committed to values based leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. She works closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment between vision, standards, and daily execution, while fostering an environment where individuals are supported to grow both professionally and personally. She has recently become a mentor with Agents Together and is helping new agents start up in the Industry.

Outside of her role, Ev is a busy mum of four and a firm believer that success should be designed to support life, not compete with it. Her approach combines strategic thinking with real world experience, making her a trusted partner in building sustainable, people first organisations. She is also the Author of Change Starts with Choice and is also studying a Master Diploma in Intuitive Psychology. She is alos a keen speaker at events and combines business mentoring with intuitive coaching.

Alex Tan

South West Regional Champion

With over 18 years in the property industry, Alex has worked her way up from trainee negotiator to Group Sales Director for the 40-branch network at Andrews Property Group. Along the way, she has led branches, built and scaled a contact centre and held regional leadership roles.

She is also a proud mummy to her eight-year-old daughter and a passionate advocate for empowering women in the workplace – particularly within estate agency, where female leadership remains underrepresented. Supporting and championing others, just as she was supported throughout her journey, is something she cares deeply about, which is why she is so extremely proud to be the South West Regional Champion for Women in Estate Agency and an Ambassador for Agents Together.

Maxine Hughes

West Midlands Regional Champion

Maxine is the proud owner of award-winning letting agency, Westwood Lettings. With 25 years experience in the property industry, she has built a reputation for professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to both landlords and tenants.

Passionate about delivering exceptional service, Maxine thrives on supporting her clients at every stage of their property journey. She is a firm believer in streamlining processes and embracing efficient systems, allowing her to focus on what truly matters — providing dedicated, personal support to each landlord and tenant she works with.

Her knowledge, leadership, and client-focused approach have been key to the continued success of Westwood Lettings, making it a trusted name in her area.

Linda Stringer

Yorkshire & Humber Regional Champion

I’m Linda Stringer, founder of Linda Stringer Individual Estate Agency, based in South Yorkshire. With over 15 years’ experience in estate agency, I truly love the work I do and the people I get to do it with. I’m passionate about providing honest advice, standout marketing and a genuinely personal service, while building a business that puts people before profit. As a proud regional champion for Women in Estate Agency, I’m deeply committed to supporting and empowering women within our industry, championing collaboration, confidence and growth. Alongside running a growing team, I enjoy mentoring agents, speaking at industry events and helping to raise standards across estate agency.

Lauren Williams

North Wales & Shropshire Champion

Lauren Williams, WiEA Regional Champion for North Wales & Shropshire and Moneypenny Business Development Manager – Property

Having joined Moneypenny in 2014, Lauren has worked across multiple departments and sectors within the business, developing an impressive commercial perspective and building strong partnerships along the way. For the last 2 years, she has specialised in the property sector, bringing her connections and wealth of experience with her as she works closely with estate agents to enhance their service levels and support business growth through their customer conversations.
As WiEA Regional Champion for North Wales & Shropshire, Lauren is truly passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration and shared success for women within the industry. She’s also a proud mum of two, motivated by building a career that inspires confidence, balance and ambition.

Jo Bourne

Yorkshire & Humber Regional Champion

I’m a consultant, trainer and coach who loves helping teams and individuals grow in confidence, communicate better and perform at their best. With years in leadership development and team dynamics, I bring a practical, down-to-earth and energetic style that leaves people feeling clearer, more capable and excited about what’s next. I’m also proud to sponsor and co-deliver the WiEA Leadership Training programme, supporting women to grow and thrive. Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mum/step-mum to five and a very proud Nana to five grandchildren. I keep myself sane with walking, yoga and, of course, plenty of holidays!

Sarah Hood

Berkshire, Hampshire & Surrey Regional Champion

Being a Champion with Women in Estate Agency is something Sarah truly loves and considers a real highlight of her career. She has spent the past 12 years working in the property world, having first dipped her toe in as a weekend viewings assistant while at university. What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a career she couldn’t walk away from, and she’s never looked back.

Alongside her role as Sales Manager at Romans in Crowthorne, Sarah enjoys bringing people together by hosting regular get-togethers and brunches for local WiEA members and supporting the mentoring programme with Agents Together. The WiEA community has been so special to Sarah, celebrating the good times together and are always there to lift one another up when things get tough. Last year, she raised £3,250 for the WiEA chosen charity, Breast Cancer Now by taking part in a half marathon – a crazy undertaking for somebody who hadn’t run a kilometer before. Victoria Lambden

Devon & Cornwall Regional Champion

Victoria Lambden has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Her career spans multiple roles, from frontline agency work to six years running her own business, giving her a practical, real-world
understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector. Now working in PropTech at GlueDog, Victoria is focused on ensuring estate agents have the best integrations to streamline their processes and make their
day-to-day work more efficient.

Throughout her career, Victoria has been passionate about supporting colleagues and peers to thrive in estate agency. She believes that connection, collaboration, and sharing practical experience are key to building
confidence and achieving professional growth. She is excited to play an active role in WiEA’s mission and looks forward to bringing people together locally to share ideas, experiences, and inspiration.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is a proud mother of three children. She enjoys performing on stage, baking, going to the beach or exploring the moors, and gardening.

Alexandra Hearn

Brighton & South East Regional Champion

Brighton based estate agent Alexandra Hearn brings over two decades of experience in the property industry, supported by a BA (Hons) in Marketing and a background in public relations. Her career is built on a deep passion for property, interior design, and helping people find their perfect home.

With a keen eye for presentation and a thoughtful, client-first approach, Alexandra offers bespoke staging and styling services that ensure every property stands out. A long-time resident of Kemp Town, Alexandra is proud to be part of such a vibrant community. In the summer, you’ll often find her enjoying the beach, Sea Lanes or Yellow Wave, while in winter it is the perfect time to explore the many independent cafés and pubs along the high street.

She joined TAUK in its early days in 2021, drawn to its personal, relationship-led approach to moving home. Previously a highly successful Branch Manager with Mishon Mackay and King & Chasemore, Alexandra now mentors’ estate agents across Sussex helping them build thriving businesses and become the best versions of themselves. Supporting others and watching them succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of her journey alongside helping people move home.
