The Power of You is a series of high impact, one day sessions designed to build your mindset, skills and self-belief so you can thrive in any role.
These are not typical training days. They are energising, practical and emotional experiences, rooted in real world tools and surrounded by genuine support. Every session gives you a new perspective and a stronger network.

Build confidence from the inside out
This day is all about you – how you think, how you show up, and how you feel about what you bring to the table. You’ll explore your personality, strengths and mindset in a safe, honest space with other women who just get it. It’s a chance to press pause, reconnect with your own potential, and leave with a clearer sense of who you are, where you’re going, and how to back yourself every step of the way.

Who it is for: Women at any stage of their estate agency career, from self employed agents to aspiring leaders. Ideal if you are navigating change, rebuilding confidence or planning your next step.
Lead with empathy and impact
Teams can be brilliant, and they can be hard work. This session helps you figure out how to get the best out of people (without losing your sanity). You’ll look at what makes people tick, how to flex your communication style, and how to deal with tricky stuff like conflict and feedback. Whether you manage one person or twenty, it’ll give you tools to lead with more clarity, connection and confidence.

Who it is for: Ideal for women who want to better understand how to support, guide or motivate others, whether you formally manage a team or not. If you’re looking to feel more confident handling feedback, motivation or difficult conversations, this session will give you the tools.
The Power of a Commercially Aware Leader gives you the tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and commercial purpose. Through an interactive business simulation and real-world frameworks, you’ll learn how to connect data to decisions, balance people with profit, and think strategically about growth. Walk away with sharper insight, stronger leadership instincts, and a renewed sense of direction.
The Power of a Commercially Aware Leader takes place in London on 29 September 2026, Bristol on 30 September 2026, and Leeds on 1 October 2026.
Across the next 12 months, three different leadership courses will run at various locations. You can attend a one-off session or all three courses – each course will allow you to earn CPD points.
