Hayley
Brackley

Hayley is a neurodiversity coach and consultant, committed to creating workplaces and communities where neurodivergent individuals are understood, supported, and celebrated. Drawing on her lived experience as an autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic woman, Hayley uniquely blends personal insight with professional expertise to help others embrace and harness the power of neurodiversity.
 
Known as The ND Lighthouse Lady, Hayley’s pragmatic and down-to-earth approach lights the way for organisations and individuals striving to build truly inclusive environments. She is passionate about breaking down barriers, boosting confidence, and fostering success by focusing on strengths and potential.
 
Through her coaching, consulting, and dynamic speaking engagements, Hayley inspires others to see the value in diversity, offering practical strategies that leave a lasting impact. Natasha
Terinova

Natasha Terinova is a Managing Partner at REACH UK and has been recognised as the ‘Most Innovative Real Estate Technology Businesswoman’ for two consecutive years, as well as one of the ’50 Leaders of Sustainable Change’ for her significant contributions to sustainability in the built environment. At REACH UK, Natasha oversees the entire investment process – from scouting high-potential opportunities to negotiating term sheets and contracts. To date, REACH UK has invested in 32 companies, leveraging her expertise as a former founder and CEO in cleantech and circular economy startups.
 
A proactive and visionary leader, Natasha co-leads key industry initiatives such as the Digital High Street and the Net Zero Challenge, driving innovation and environmental sustainability in the real estate sector. She is passionate about creating meaningful, future-forward transformations through strategic partnerships and cross-sector collaborations, shortening the gap between digital technology and the property industry.

Jeremy
Langmead

Jeremy Langmead is a writer and columnist for The Times newspaper. He was previously one of the founding team of the global men’s e-tailer Mr Porter, part of the Net-a-Porter Group, which he helped run for 8 years. He has also served as editor-in-chief of Esquire, Wallpaper, and the Sunday Times Style and The Times Luxx magazines, as well as chief content officer of Christie’s auction house.
 
Jeremy published a book, Vain Glorious, about male vanity in 2021. And in May 2024, Jeremy and Sarah Edmundson hosted a podcast together, How Long Have You Got?, to help people living with cancer.

With over 20 years in the property trenches, An Deckers is a force for change. Launching her career in lettings in 1997, An quickly mastered the game, but she wasn’t satisfied with the industry’s often questionable practices.
 
Meeting Kristjan solidified her vision: build an agency that puts ethics and client care first. An’s dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment to integrity have been instrumental in redefining what a truly exceptional property experience should be.
 
She’s not just selling properties; she’s helping to raise the bar for the entire industry.

Danielle
Nash

With a wealth of experience in learning and development, Danielle has been instrumental in shaping the operations of Property Academy, where she now serves as Managing Director, having worked her way up from receptionist.
 
Her dedication to excellence and her keen understanding of effective organisational strategy make her a driving force behind Property Academy’s success.
 
Drawing on her extensive knowledge of all areas of the business, Danielle leads the team to deliver the impactful programmes Property Academy is known for, ensuring each project is executed with precision and care. Jennie
Barker

Jennie Barker is the Chief People Officer at Rightmove with a career-long passion for HR.
 
She began her journey with a summer internship at Morgan Stanley, leading to roles at Goldman Sachs, Northern Trust, Experian, and Trustpilot before joining the Rightmove team in January 2024.
 
Jennie is a strong advocate for creating a culture of excellence and fun, believing that an enjoyable and high-performing workplace go hand-in-hand, and is particularly passionate about empowering people to do the best work of their lives.

Emma
Serlin

Emma’s career has been deeply rooted in her passion for communication and the transformative power of human connection. She began her journey in film, television, and theatre, training as an actor and working as a theatre director and producer. In 2008, Emma pivoted her focus to psychotherapy and founded the London Speech Workshop.
 
Over the following years, she completed an MSc in psychology and became a qualified life coach. Driven by a desire to support disenfranchised ex-offenders, Emma expanded her work into the criminal justice field, helping individuals find their voice and path within society. In 2014, Emma developed The Serlin Method™, a trademarked approach that integrates her extensive knowledge of performance with principles of psychology and coaching. Emma has authored two books on communication and frequently appears on television, radio, and in the press.

Ben
Madden

Ben is a seasoned property professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry and a knack for building strong industry relationships. His first born was a multi-award-winning agency which he built up over 14 years, before it was successfully acquired by LRG in 2022. Today, he leads several Fine & Country territories across London and Surrey while also spearheading Digital Sparks, a video and branding service designed to help property professionals master social media.
 
Outside of work, Ben is the founder of Boys Club, a men’s mental health awareness initiative launched in 2024. At home, he’s a devoted father to three beautiful daughters who keep him on his toes—and up at night, a lot! A keen fitness enthusiast and proud member of #The75ers (IYKYK), Ben embraces the ongoing juggle of business, family, and something resembling self-care.

Daniel
Keedwell

Daniel Keedwell, an associate at Fine & Country South Wales, is a young and hungry agent currently making his breakthrough into the industry.
 
Just under a year into his first full time role in agency, Daniel started out as a Sales Negotiator at Archer & Co in October 2021 whilst simultaneously completing his studies.
 
A great passion for property and an ambition to learn has led him to Fine & Country, where he has taken on an associate role and is very keen to use his platform to promote the rise of a new generation of modern and diverse estate agents.

Kristjan
Byfield

Kristjan trained as a professional stage actor before joining agency in 2002. Starting in Islington, in 2003, Kristjan moved to a Docklands agency, where he met An Deckers. They quickly formed a strong personal and professional bond and in 2004, they started ‘base property specialists’ in Shoreditch. base has since amassed over 1100 ESTAS reviews, is 5* rated on Google and has picked up over 30 awards to date.
 
In 2020, Kristjan & An launched The Depositary – a solution that automates and streamlines the end-of-tenancy process to reduce agents’ workload by up to 90% whilst helping tenants (and landlords) get their deposit funds much sooner. The Depositary has processed approximately 60,000 tenancy conclusions to date saving agents over 120,000 hours of work, and has received recognition from kerfuffle, the EA Masters and The Negotiator Awards for innovation.

Iain
McKenzie

Iain is the Group Managing Director directly responsible for managing the overall business environment for The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country.
 
He has over 38 years’ agency experience working as an independent estate agency owner, franchise operator and the Managing Director of a large corporate entity, which grew year-on-year to a business of over 100 branches.
 
In March 2017, Iain was appointed as the CEO of The Guild and is passionate about sharing his experiences and knowledge with property professionals within the sector.
